Assembly took about an hour. Very happy with ease of assembly. Machine has a good variety of tension for all levels, although might be easy at the highest level for someone who lifts weights. It is quiet when using. Perfect machine for a tall person. I struggle with grip, but the bar is soft and easy to handle. The seat is very comfortable as well. I really have no complaints. Great machine after a month of use!
Excellent rower
We've had it a couple months now and my wife really likes it! I've used it a few times and found it to be very smooth and easy to use. I think it's a very good value for the price.
