Refund & Return Policy
We hope you enjoy what you’ve ordered. If you’re not 100% satisfactory with your order, here are some tips for returns.
- You have 30 days to make a return after you receive your order.
- You can make a return for any reason, even for no reason, but you will be responsible for the shipping fee if the return is not based on the quality issue. Therefore, the refund you receive will be the product price minus the shipping fee.
- The following returns are not acceptable:
- Returns that is damaged
- Returns with stains that are difficult to remove
- Returns with pungent smell
- Returns with missing parts
- Returns that are not requested before
*Please ensure that the accessories are suitable and correct prior to the purchase, or we reserve the right to decline the return request for the following reason:
Unsuitable accessories which are due to the purchases without consultation.
- Steps of returning the item
- Contact us: email@example.com (your order number and relevant pictures or videos will be appreciated).
- Our aftersales support will verify your request within 2-4 days. After your request is approved, you will be provided with a return shipping label.
- You can wait courier company to send someone to pick the item up or get it to the courier company by yourself. Please send the item within 7 days after the return label is sent to you. (Please do not send the item back to the address on the original package.)
- We receive the return and make an examination.
- We process your refund.
- The refund arrival time depends on your card issuing bank. If you haven’t received your refund for 10 business days after receiving the refund processed notification from us, please let us know.
