Shopping Information

Do your items have a product warranty?
All YosudaBikes items have a Product Warranty. To view the details and specifics, you can read it here: Refund & Return Policy.
How long will it take to get my order?
It takes 2-4 business days for us to process your order once you have submitted it. Once it’s processed, it will then ship out and take another 5-10 business days to deliver depending on what state you live in and which warehouse we ship your items out. Why has my order been in the status of “shipment information sent to FedEx (or whatever courier companies)” for so long?
Because the pandemic in the area where our warehouse is located is relatively serious, the courier companies have also been affected. Being in the status of “shipment information sent to FedEx” does not mean that we haven’t ship your item out, but mean that we have delivered your item to FedEx who has not arranged the shipment we requested.
Do you ship to Puerto Rico or outside the United States?
No, we only ship within the contiguous US 48 states, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico....and also excluding any PO BOXES (sorry, but we can't ship our items to any PO BOX, period).

Where do you ship from?
We ship items from our three warehouses in USA: Ontario, Huston, City of Industry. Specific warehouse depends on the stock condition and your mailing address.
I just placed an order today and need to make a change on my order, can I?
If you have not received an email from us stating that it shipped out, we can still make changes. But once it leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, there is nothing we can do at that point. Orders and Returns

I tried to use a discount code, but it didn’t work. Why can’t I use my code?
There are couple possible reasons for why a discount code didn’t work in your cart. The discount codes offered for our website is typically one use per customer only, so if it has been used by you before, it cannot be used again. Another reason could be that the code has expired. Discount also cannot be combined with any other offers.
Can I use a discount code on a previous order?
Discount codes are not valid for prior purchases. They cannot be added retrospectively by you or by the Yosudabikes team. Discount code must be entered at the time of checkout in order to be applied.
If I want to return the item, what should I do?
You can return the item within 30 days after you have received your order for any reason or even for no reason, but if there is no quality problem of the product itself, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. For more info on our return policy, click here: Refund & Return Policy.
When is YosudaBikes Customer Service available?
We are here to serve you, Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:00PM PST. We are closed during weekends and major holidays.
How do I get assembly assistance?
