About shipping area

At present, we only ship to the 48 US continental states, excluding AA, AE, AP, AK, HI, PR and GU. Besides,  we do not ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses as well.

About delivery time

Generally, when the order is placed, we need 2-4 business days to process it. Then after we finish shipping the item out of our warehouse, it will take another 5-10 business days for the package to be delivered.

About the address changing

Whatever change you want is acceptable before we ship the item out of the warehouse, but we cannot change any shipping information after we finish the shipment.

If the item arrives is damaged or different from what you order, please contact us and we will see how we can help with it.

If you order several items which are stored in different warehouses, your order will be shipped in multiple packages.
