Adjust the Seat

For a comfortable seat, the height and horizontal settings need to be adjusted. To adjust your seat to the proper height:
● Stand to the side of your exercise bike.
● Raise or lower the saddle to your hip level.

Service Pedals and Cranks

It’s good practice to get your pedals clean before servicing as it reduces the chance of introducing dirt into the pedal body. Disassemble the crank arm by using the remover, then clean the threads in the crank arms with a bit of degreaser. Install back and get fresh look!

 

Base Belt Maintenance

Make sure the belt is aligned correctly. If the belt slips off, the bike could not run properly. The belt does need a little maintenance but not too much. Just keep it clean and it’ll be good.
